GP with Vasectomy Experience | Canberra Region
Experienced GP sought to provide vasectomies under local anaesthetic at an established independent practice near Canberra. Flexible, dedicated sessions.
The Surgery at Jerra is looking for an experienced GP to provide vasectomies under local anaesthetic in our practice treatment rooms.
Located in Jerrabomberra, just outside Canberra, we are a well established, independent general practice with treatment room facilities and experienced nursing and administrative teams.
This is not necessarily a traditional GP position. It could be an ideal opportunity for a GP already established elsewhere who enjoys procedural work and would like to add a regular dedicated vasectomy session to their existing work.
We are flexible about how the service is structured. Sessions could be monthly, fortnightly or more frequent depending on your availability and patient demand.
- We provide:
- Fully equipped practice and treatment room facilities
- Experienced nursing support
- Reception and administrative support
- Appointment bookings and billing
- Marketing and promotion of the service
- An established practice and patient base
- 65% of billings
- Flexibility around session frequency and timing
We are specifically looking for a GP with demonstrated experience performing vasectomies and appropriate qualifications, registration and professional indemnity.
The Surgery at Jerra has been providing independent general practice care to the Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan and Canberra communities since 2008.
