Booking Your First Appointment
New patients cannot book online.
Please call our reception team to arrange your first appointment and let them know you’re new to the practice. They’ll guide you through the process and help find the right appointment type for your needs.
Before Your Appointment
We ask all new patients to arrive about 5-10minutes early to complete a New Patient Form. You can save time by clicking the link below, printing the form at home and bringing the completed form with you.
Please bring your current Medicare card and photo ID.
You’ll also find a Transfer of Records Form below, which allows us to request your medical records from your previous GP — a great way to give your new doctor a fuller picture of your health.
Note: We’ll wait until after your first appointment before processing your records request.
Your First Appointment
As a new patient, we want to take the time to get to know you and your health history properly — so your first appointment will be longer than a standard consult.
To make the most of your time with the doctor, please:
- List your current medications
- Note any ongoing or past medical conditions
- Include any key health concerns on the form
If your medical history is complex, your GP may recommend we request a full copy of your records from your previous general practice — and we’re happy to help you arrange that.
