Dr Nicole Schmocker is currently on maternity leave.
With a strong connection to the local community, Dr Nicole Schmocker is thrilled to be completing her GP registrar training at The Surgery at Jerra in 2024. She is a fully qualified doctor undergoing further training to specialise in general practice.
Born and raised in Queanbeyan, Dr Schmocker completed her medical degree at Deakin University in 2018 before spending time in rural Victoria on placement in Ararat. She has since gained extensive experience in women’s and children’s health, working as a junior medical officer at a fertility clinic and a locum senior resident medical officer in obstetrics at Queanbeyan Hospital. She brings this expertise to her general practice training and is passionate about providing compassionate, family-focused care.
Dr Schmocker is excited to work in the region she calls home and looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients.
