Dr David Yates (Principal Doctor) graduated from the University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). During postgraduate work in the UK, David attained a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of O&G in London as well as a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians in Glasgow.

David spent 13 years working in his own practice in Tumut in southern rural NSW, then a short term in Queanbeyan, prior to opening TSAJ.

Dr Yates is married with five children, including the recent addition of twin girls. He is a devout Brumbies fan and loves cricket. He’s also into mountain and road biking.
