The Surgery at Jerra is always here for you. With all the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s important to find a doctors’ surgery that makes you feel like a person and not just another number.

The Surgery at Jerra provides high-quality clinical care in a family-friendly environment. New patients always welcome, and we have emergency appointments set aside every day. We try to fit in sick children whenever possible.
Dr David Yates and his wife Kylie set up TSAJ in 2008 as a traditional General Practice. Dr Yates is the principal doctor. They are proud that TSAJ is still locally owned and operated.
We have grown extensively over the years and now have 11 highly-skilled doctors and four qualified Practice Nurses, along with Capital Pathology onsite and paediatrician, Dr Kim Bland, visiting weekly.
Accreditation
The Surgery at Jerra is a fully accredited general practice, meeting the standards set out in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) 5th Edition Standards for General Practices.
This means we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality care and continuously improving our systems and services to meet national benchmarks.
